how does the challenge work?

Weeks 1-2

  • Workout for at least 30 mins, twice a day, for 6 consecutive days.
  • One HIIT and one Cardio workout.
  • Intermittent fasting for 14 hours.

Weeks 3-4

  • Workout for at least 45 mins, twice a day, for 6 consecutive days.
  • One HIIT and one Cardio workout.
  • Intermittent fasting for 16 hours.

Weeks 5-6

  • Workout for at least 60 mins, twice a day, for 6 consecutive days.
  • One HIIT and one Cardio workout.
  • Intermittent fasting for 16 hours and reduce  carbs.

What Is Progressive Overload? The process of consistently increasing the workload on the musculoskeletal system forces the body to adapt, resulting in gains in muscle size, strength, and endurance. Thus, your workout volume will continue to increase throughout the challenge.

Intermittent fasting (IMF) consists of cycling between periods of eating and fasting. Research has shown that IMF can increase calorie burning throughout the day and reduce levels of insulin. Decreased levels can bump up fat burning to promote weight loss.
